If you have a major sweet tooth like I do, or you have a fond appreciation for eating all the cookie dough before you actually bake the cookies (guilty), this recipe is for you. A little higher in macros, but if you can make it fit your numbers, you will be left feeling quite content and satisfied. For real, cookie dough on a diet? WINNING.
INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp coconut flour, sifted
1 scoop (32g) UXO Whey Refit Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
2 Tbsp almond milk
15g dark chocolate chips
2 Tbsp powdered peanut butter
2 Tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
STEP 1:
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk/stir until a dough-like consistency is achieved.
STEP 2:
Best if refrigerated for 5 minutes. Otherwise dive right in to your ready-to-eat protein cookie dough!
